PRINCIPAL PROPERTIES has been actively developing, investing, managing and selling commercial real estate since 2002. We have taken many projects from conceptual design through construction and project completion. As developer, PRINCIPAL PROPERTIES was responsible for all activities including land acquisition, feasibility analysis, site planning, financing, budgeting, infrastructure development, construction, marketing, sales, leasing and management.

The project will provide high-quality apartment homes with modern building and site amenities within easy walking distance to shopping and commercial services. PRINCIPAL PROPERTIES is the developer and asset manager for the project.

The project will feature large, high-quality apartment homes with modern conveniences and generous site amenities conveniently located near shopping, restaurants and commercial services. Alder Pointe Apartments
Alder Pointe Apartments is a modern 180-unit multi-family project located in Battle Ground, WA. The project features spacious apartment units with generous site amenities and is part of the Scotton Landing mixed-use project. PRINCIPAL PROPERTIES is the developer and asset manager.
Scotton Landing is a 32-acre mixed-use project that will total 600,000 square feet of commercial, retail and multi-family space. The project is approximately 75% developed with quality users including Chipotle and Columbia Credit Union. All entitlements and infrastructure have been completed. PRINCIPAL PROPERTIES is the developer and asset manager.
Millcreek Town Center
2007 - Present
Millcreek Town Center is a 40-acre retail center located in Battle Ground, WA. The project totals 200,000 square feet and is anchored by a modern Walmart Supercenter and includes Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, MOD Pizza and Wendy's. PRINCIPAL PROPERTIES is the developer and asset manager.
Prairie View Apartments
Prairie View Apartments is a 284-unit multi-family project located in Vancouver, WA. As managing partner, PRINCIPAL PROPERTIES was actively involved in the marketing and sale of the project from negotiating the purchase and sale agreement through closing the transaction.
EastRidge Business Park
1998 - 2006
EastRidge Business Park is 1 million square foot, 90-acre mixed use flex project located in Vancouver, WA. PRINCIPAL PROPERTIES served as asset manager, property manager and co-developer for the project. The project achieved 96% occupancy and was sold in 2006 at its target price. PRINCIPAL PROPERTIES, was responsible for all operations up through and including the sale of the project.
